Seven years ago Harry Mason and his wife found a baby girl on the roadside, adopted her and named Cheryl. Three years later, Harry's wife died. After the loss of the only close friend in the life of Harry Mason is his daughter - Cheryl, and he continues to love her as their own.

At the beginning of the game, Harry and Cheryl go to Silent Hill ". During this visit, strange events occur. On the left side of the road overtaking a police car Mason on a service motorcycle.
